There are lots of Bible commentaries on the Book of Ruth, but BookCaps offers one of the first electronic Bible Commentaries for the modern reader.

The app features an author biography, a plot overview, summary of major themes, summary of characters, and a summary of settings; it also has a chapter by chapter recap of the entire book. Warning: Like any guide there will be spoilers in the chapter recaps.

The app also features a quiz style game to test your Bible knowledge, and a notepad that lets you copy and paste text from the guide and email it to yourself.
