John Steinbeck is considered one of the greatest American writers--still it's sometimes hard to remember what happened in his novels. This app covers all of his short novels (Torilla Flat, The Red Pony, Of Mice and Men, Cannery Row, The Pearl, and The Moon is Down)

The unofficial app features an author biography, a plot overview, summary of major themes, summary of characters, and a summary of settings; it also has a recap entire book. Warning: Like any guide there will be spoilers in the chapter recaps.

The app also features a quiz style game to test your John Steinbeck knowledge, and a notepad that lets you copy and paste text from the guide and email it to yourself.
