Having trouble perfecting that karate stance? Perfect Stance is here to help. Simply choose a stance, have a friend align you with the stance template and shoot. Compare your stance with one of our masters. Currently 8 stances to choose from with more to come in future updates.

All stances are of the shotokan karate style.

PLEASE NOTE: While these stances are pretty universal in the shotokan system. Your school or organization may have slight variations.
