For all you beginner shotokan karate students out there now have an handy kata (forms) reference in your pocket. iShotokan Kata - Beginner contains the first three kata all beginner shotokan karate students must learn: Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan and Heian Sandan. All three kata are presented in front view, front view half speed and side view.
No internet required all videos are included.
Future updates will include beginner and advanced kata moves applications.
