Version 1.2 has had some new foods added to the healthy alternatives list and also has a new free from section, detailing what should be avoided if you are to have a diet free from caffeine, dairy fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose,dextrose, lactose,wheat or gluten. App Description

Good nutrition is the foundation to good health and small changes can make a big difference. Eliminating foods like wheat and dairy can give great health benefits. The problem is knowing what we can substitute for these foods, this is where our app can help!

This app has been put together by a qualified nutritionist, who has made a list of her favourite healthy alternatives that means not only are they healthy alternatives they taste good too. This is especially important for children who can be very fussy. If you or your child suffers from eczema, asthma, hay-fever, allergies, skin rashes, constant infections, constipation or diarrhoea a diet change may be needed.
