ABOUT OUR APPLICATION:

Compare XL (XL - Excel) is a fun and exciting way to educate and entertain your child anytime, anywhere. It is an educational supplement that introduces your child (good for adults alike) to one of the most fundamental aspects of childhood education, which is COMPARING numbers; this is accomplished by performing a variety of numerical comparisons based upon Addition, Subtraction, Division and Multiplication. After launching the application, your child is presented with a problem to solve; the challenge is for your child to demonstrate mastery of these basics principles. Upon a correct answer, the application bolsters confidence by displaying positive reinforcement phrases such as “Very Good,” “Fabulous,” “Terrific,” “Wonderful, and “That’s Right!” Also, there is positive reinforcement when your child does not answer correctly, such as “Please try again” and “Please keep trying”; we are here to motivate!


KEY FEATURES:

• Compare whole numbers and fractions
• A deep dive in numerical comparisons based upon Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division
• Varying degrees of complexity from comparing simple whole numbers to evaluating simple fractions
• A “Hint” feature uses two horizontal bar graphs to provide your child with a graphical clue of the comparison
• Adults can enhance their mental agility especially when comparing fractions
• Add up to 5 children or friends and even have them compete against each other (in turn) for the highest points across these categories:

o Future leader (over 10000)
o Class Leader (5000-9999)
o High Achiever (2000-4999)
o Excellent Student (1000-1999)
o Apprentice (1-999)

The points level are structured to motivate and encourage your child to go through as many examples as necessary to attain mastery
