With it's memorization support function, this talking phrase book teaches an Italian speaking person to speak English, French, Japanese, Thai, and Chinese as it is really spoken. It is the language that is really spoken among friends and acquaintances. It’s the language they don’t teach you in school. Most of the phrases you will never learn in any class room or textbook.
