Chef Silva fell in love with Ribatejo’s tourism attractions as well as the region’s renowned food, which is tied to fishing. The Executive Chef plans to build his own traditional Portuguese cuisine in London, featuring tastes from the north to the south of the country.We don’t want to create new cuisines; instead, we want to bring the best quality to our tables, the cuisine that was previously exclusively available in Portugal.
