Mad Dough was born from the idea of two friends with different passions, coffee and pizza.
Demetrio is a qualified roaster with experience in the world of coffee;
Alessio is a qualified pizza chef with years of experience around Italy and Europe.
Together they decided to create Mad Dough to bring together coffee and pizza lovers in the same place.
The name Mad Dough comes from the simple idea that sometimes a touch of "madness" (in a good way) that is in every person can make a difference and in this case in the production of the dough which we believe is the best part of this game.
Our secret recipe for a perfect pizza: top quality ingredients, great service and happy customers.
