Simple is always the best.

Select a date. Enter things to remember. And you're all set for not forgetting any of them. The alarm is pre-set to remind you five times what to remember for the day. No need to set an alarm for each item—which is why I made this app (for personal use originally). If you don't want to get alarmed, you can simply delete it, and no past alarms from unchecked items will bother you anymore.

Thanks to this app, I and my friends are much more organized now. Give yourself time and energy to do more important things by freeing yourself from the burden of keeping up with everything. This is a real deal for those who want to boost their productivity!
