Alumni applications enables the retired and ex-employees in managing there relationship in terms of retieral benefits, PPF, FNF, Relieving letter etc. We propose to implement alumni connect module for delivering an exclusive, on-demand portal to promote engagement.
The proposed platform will serve following broad purposes:
Integrate Our Corporate Alumni Program into the Exit Process. This data can then be leveraged to inform and improve their alumni experience.
Making the Alumni network aware of ICICI Bank initiatives and events.
Consolidating multiple regional alumni efforts into one global network using a single online platform through Chapters.
Platform to engage with ex-employees through offers, company stores and discounts.
Engage with Events: Events will provide an important forum for alumni to stay connected, informed and engaged throughout the year.
Platform for content sharing, networking around creative and engaging content.
Official professional Networking: We can leverage these forums to attract and engage our alumni. Platform will enable managing, and realizing value from a formal corporate alumni program.
Allowing control over the branding, the user registration and approval process, and the privacy policy.
Integrate internal applications with the alumni network to facilitate business processes.
