1. Chat feature (Text/Image/PDF File) : Participants can share comments , Image and PDF files during the call using iStudio Voice live monitor, can transfer, mute and unmute the call through the app.
2. Multiple Chairpersons: We able to select multiple speakers while scheduling call and rest of members will join a mute mode in the call.
3. International calling facility: The agent can call their international customer and they can add new person during the call using live monitor.
App Description
i-Studio voice application is a voice conference solution where customized group can be created for group conference call, voice broadcast, SMS broadcast functionalities. Moderator can manage and control ongoing call from the call monitor.
