• Timed Intervals - displays a timer while you do the interval.
• Rep Intervals - mark the interval as complete when you finish the reps.
• Timed Blocks - group your workout into different sections with their own round numbers
• AMRAP Blocks - do as many reps as possible within the block time limit
• Apple Watch app - track your time and mark intervals as complete right from your wrist
• Tags - give your workout tags so they are organized and you can find them again easier
• Text to Speech - toggle the settings to announce the current interval’s block number, round number, description, halfway time, or last three seconds
• Completed Workouts - view past workouts with data on each block, round, and interval (use ABIT while tracking a workout with any fitness device writing to the Health app to get additional stats on heart rate and calories)
• Full-Screen Mode - view the current interval in full screen for maximum visibility
• Schedule Workouts - Set a day to do your workout and have it appear at the top of your created workouts
