Thanks to “The abbey town of Saint-Chef” tour guide app you can follow in the footsteps of the canons who lived within the abbey walls up until the late eighteenth century. With the help of virtual reconstructions, you’ll be able to find out lots about the history of the Dauphiné region! First of all through the religious architecture, as you’ll discover the buildings that once formed the old and influential abbey town but which have today been transformed or no longer exist. The app will also help you to understand the exceptional and very important Romanesque frescoes in the chapels, thanks to some high definition photographic panoramas.
