• Schedule a future ride for a specific day & time.
• Receive text notifications of pick-up times & rates.
• Receive a text notification with picture of driver & their phone #, along with description of the vehicle and tag #.
• Track your driver in ‘real-time’ on your phone.
• Receive a text notification when your driver has arrived.
• Review and rate the driver at the conclusion of your ride.
• Review your ride history.

• Traffic and other conditions can affect the ETA of the driver.
