IMPORTANT: This app is intended as an educational tool for healthcare professionals only. It includes 24 hours of simulated patient data to help HCPs understand the functionality of the MiniMed Connect® system.
This HCP educational tool helps you and your patients learn about MiniMed Connect -- a more convenient, discreet way to help manage diabetes.
MiniMed Connect links your patient’s MiniMed pump and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor to your iPhone® or iPod touch®. Patients can see their information without taking out their pump, and let those closest to them view their information online with CareLink®.
MiniMed Connect works with both MiniMed 530G and MiniMed Paradigm® Revel™ systems. Patients will need the MiniMed Connect uploader to use the app. The MiniMed pump sends data to your phone using the uploader. The phone then sends the patient’s data to CareLink® Personal therapy management software.
