Kendall and Kylie is yet another Glu Mobile title with a celebrity theme that puts you on a quest to become famous friends with virtual versions of real life superstars - in this case Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Here, your primary quest is to vlog your way to social media stardom. At first, the going can be tough, so here are some tips to get you up to your first 1,000 followers.

Prioritise and focus on the task at hand

Though there are a ton of things to do in Kendall and Kylie, it pays to focus on one thing at a time early in the game. Because of your limited amount of energy, it's very difficult to bounce from one event to another or try to juggle too many things at once.

Although there isn't really a way to "lose" at any of these events, you do want to try and focus as much as possible on earning a five star rating on every one, as doing so maximises follower growth and keeps you from losing any.

Be a good texter

As you progress, you'll pick up a ton of contacts who'll text you regularly and ask you to perform tasks. Although you have the option to delay these, there's really no reason to say no.

Time limits for quests only start when you show up at the right venue, so feel free to say "yes" to everyone if they ask you to do something.

Skip achievements for now

In the beginning of Kendall & Kylie, you'll be given all sorts of events to complete, and if there's one you should just not worry about right now, it's the achievements.

As tempting as they are (since they actually show you the rewards you can get from them), achievements feel like a late game pursuit. Chasing them too early can have you spend too much currency too quickly.

Don't bother with manually posting selfies

After every event, you'll automatically post a selfie, and these are the only social media posts that will net you followers and cause you to trend. It doesn't even matter what event you're completing, you can go on a nice date and still pick up a couple hundred followers by the end of it.

If you want to take selfies because it's fun to do, go for it! Just know that it won't help you on the road to being a social media sensation.
