Frag: Pro Shooter is a surprisingly brilliant game. It strides along the line between the mid and hardcore with an expert tread, rarely missing a step. But it's also pretty tricky once you get into it, which is where this guide comes in. We're going to make sure you've got all the hints, tricks, and tips you need to win at Frag: Pro Shooter.

We've put a good few hours into the game, so we know what we're talking about. There's a good chance you do too, though, so if you've got any additional hints and tips, please do let us know in the comments section at the bottom of the article. After all, sharing is caring, and we like to think you care about us.

If you click here you can check out all the guides we've made in recent months. If you play a lot of mobile games, then there's a very good chance that we're going to have covered something you're into. Right then, let's get on with the rest of this guide.

Tell your team what to do

It's important to tell your other characters what to do. That means pointing them to the targets you'd like them to attack and defend. Remember you don't have to do anything similar - you can send most of your team to attack one capture point, then sneak off and attack the other.

Essentially though, your team is a resource you need to make the most out of, and if you leave them to their own devices they're mainly going to hold the middle of the map, which isn't all that much use to anyone.

Know your team

By the same token, you need to be sure you're using your team in the right way, both when you're leaving them to their own devices and when you're in control of them. That means checking the role that they're designed to play. Rush into a huge firefight with someone squishy and you're not going to do very well.

You also need to make sure you've got a balanced team. Go for all out attack and you're pretty much guaranteed to lose. Finding the sweet spot is key, and you need to build and grow your team with that in mind.

Be smart with your special moves

Every character has a special move on a cooldown. Sometimes it's tempting to use it to finish another player off, but you need to be sure that you're not wasting what you've been given. Some moves are brilliant for getting a head start on a foe, for example, and using them when you're not heading to a capture point is a waste.

Experiment with what you've got, and learn how to use the moves to your greatest advantage. If you can build a giant block of jelly, for example, sticking it over an entrance to a capture point gives you one fewer thing to worry about. Play smart and you're always going to be one step ahead.

Unlock clever

Much like in Clash Royale, the chests you win here are on timers. Tap on one to unlock it and you'll have to wait until a certain amount of time has passed before you can dig into the goodies. If one is going to take eight hours, set it off just before you go to bed, and it'll be open when you wake up for your morning gaming session. Or job, we guess.

Paying attention to the little things like this might not sound that important, but games like Frag: Pro Shooter are all about progression, and finding the little advantages will ensure that you're always one step ahead of the competition.
