ROSTERLY is the premier roster, attendance, & communication tool for coaches, trainers, and teachers. Rosterly is designed to be your one-stop shop for managing multiple rosters, tracking attendance, and communicating with your participants.

ROSTERLY is automatically backed up and synced to your online account. This means you can access your rosters and data from any device, and you never have to worry about losing your data!

Back-office visibility: See roster updates and attendance in real-time. Rosterly allows your office manager or billing coordinator to know exactly what’s going on in every class.

Add multiple users: Do you have multiple coaches, trainers, or teachers? Create user accounts that allow them to access their assigned rosters or cover classes for each other. No need to manually email rosters or data files back and forth. Rosterly gives access to the people you choose!

Track attendance more quickly than any other system. A simple swipe on a participant’s name allows you to mark him/her as “Present”, “Absent”, or “Present, but Did Not Participate.”

Update your participants or their parents without managing a separate email contact list. Call or send a note directly from your roster. Simply click on a participant’s name to see their profile. One click to call or email, right from your device--without searching another program for contact info!

Know your numbers! Rosterly analyzes your data for you. Easy access to attendance records, participation numbers, and class sizes. How many total participants are enrolled? How many participants were marked “Present” last month? How many classes has a participant attended? Rosterly helps you run a smarter program.

Already have existing rosters? Great! Just use our CSV Uploader to get your rosters seamlessly added to your Rosterly Database. Need to move your data somewhere else? No problem, just use our CSV Exporter to see all your rosters in Excel. After all, it’s your data!
