Report time every half hour using Quaternary cipher short sound.
Using the cipher sound will only let you know it's the time report, without disturb others.
because others will thought it's the SMS or mail notification sound.

To using this app, Firstly you need to learn the Quaternary system.

Secondly, you need to remember and make yourself familiar with the 0, 1, 2, 3 sound.
Tap on the main UI buttons 0:00, 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00 to learn these four sounds.

Then, according the Quaternary table, sound of 11am/pm will be the sound of 2 followed by 3.

Lastly, half hour report sound will be followed by a special sound, try tap on the 0:00 and 0:30 to hear the difference.
