App Description

Designed by a marathon trainer to simplify the process of logging miles or cross training with other workouts in a simple, clean, and functional interface. Simple enough for a beginner to start but powerful enough for a marathoner to use.

Easy to use:
1) Select the workout activity
2) Tap “Start” to start workout
3) Tap “Stop” to get workout stats.

Training Plans:
1) Full Marathon
2) 1/2 Marathon
3) 10K
4) 5K

Provide workout stats:
1) Visual Route Mapping
2) Real-Time Live Analytics
3) Audio Notification (per mile and per intervals)

Track workout analytics:
1) Distance
2) Duration
3) Calories
4) Avg Pace
5) Split / Intervals

Challenge yourself by setting the following Goal Workouts:
1) Time
2) Distance
3) Calories

NOTE: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Does not support iPod Touch which lacks GPS capabilities
