The inaugural justice AmeriCorps Training Program is scheduled for December 8-12, 2014 in Washington, D.C. at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill.
The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), which operates the AmeriCorps national service program, and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have entered into a strategic partnership, called “justice AmeriCorps,” to increase national service while facilitating the effective and efficient adjudication of immigration proceedings involving certain children who have crossed the border without a parent or legal guardian.
The justice AmeriCorps Training Program is designed for members and grantees who will deliver legal services to these children. Download the justice AmeriCorps Training Program app for easy access to the agenda, speaker and session information, and details about the hotel and local area.
