App Description
This Mobile Application is designed for policy holders to access an array of customised services, instantly, in a very simple, interactive and convenient way.
Services include but are not limited to
• Access to Intelligent Panic which includes geo-tagging for instant access to Intelligent Emergency Services in a crisis.
• Access to Assist Services including Roadside Assist, Access to Medical Assistance, Emergency Home, Geyser and Household Assistance, Home Drive, Pothole Protect, Bail Protect and Lifestyle Plus benefits with a direct line to emergency call centers
• Instant access to location based services such as nearby hospitals/clinics, fire station and police stations
• The ability to lodge a claim via the App
• Submission of incident-specific photographs, third party and scene details direct to the insurer, as well as the ability to submit a picture of the drivers’ and vehicle licenses for vehicle accident claims.
• Ability to request insurance quotations.
• Access to a world of convenient lifestyle benefits such as Amazing Vouchers a full service VIP concierge desk, published travel deals, a travel aggregator, and discounted shopping on-line platforms.
