App Description

M-Social V1.0 consider as the first version of ministry of social affairs mobile app. This application will contain all ministry of social affairs services to be available over mobile phones 24 hours. In its first release, M-Social will contain the main services for disabled people. M-Social contain the following service tree:-
• About MSA
Contain the mission, vision and values for MSA that aims to move the special need people from the care to development.
• My services
It considered as the main part of M-Social, under my services the customers can ask for MSA services through mobile. M-social in its first release contain the three main services for disabled people:
Issue disabled card
Renew disabled card
Request for lost or damaged disabled card
• Have your Say, Where the customer can send his inquiry.
• FAQs, contain list of FAQs that covers all the main departments in ministry of social affairs. The user can filter the FAQs based on the category.
• Laws, contains all federal laws that is under ministry of social affairs responsibility, like the social security, disabled, NGOs, coop
• Contact us and location map
Under this menu the customer find the contacts details for ministry of social affairs. Also, customer will find the location map for all its branches with all needed contact information.


يعتبر التطبيق النسخة الأولى من التطبيق الذكي الرسمي لوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية باسم m-social ، والذي سوف يحتوي على جميع خدمات وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية لتكون متاحة عبر الهواتف النقالة 24 ساعة. وفي أول نسخة للتطبيق سوف يحتوي على الخدمات الرئيسة للمعاقين. يحتوي على سبع قوائم كالتالي:

وتحتوي هذه الصفحة على رسالة ورؤية وقيم الوزارة والتي تهدف إلى الانتقال من مجال الرعاية إلى التنيمة الاجتماعية
• خدماتي
تعتبر الجزء الرئيسي في التطبيق والتي تمكن المتعاملين والمعاقين خاصة في النسخة الأولى من الحصول على أهم ثلاث خدمات رئيسية تقدم للمعاقين، وهي

اصدار بدل تالف / فاقد

وتعتبر النافذة والتي ستم من خلالها استماع إلى استفسارات المتعاملين عن كافة خدمات الوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية
• الأسئلة الأكثر شيوعا
يحتوي على قائمة من الأسئلة الشائعة التي تغطي جميع الإدارات الرئيسية في وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية. يمكن للمستخدم البحث عن الاسئلة من خلال تحديد الفئة.
• القوانين
يحتوي على جميع القوانين الاتحادية التي تقع تحت مسؤولية وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، مثل الضمان الاجتماعي والمعاقين والجمعيات ذات النفع العام والتعاونيات.

من خلال هذه النافذة يستطيع المتعامل الحصول على أهم أرقام التواصل،كما تتوفر خريطة موقع لكافة أفرع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية.
