R&F Princess Cove @ Tanjung Puteri will be a mega mixed development project fronting Johor Bahru Tanjung Puteri Waterfront. Located next to the upcoming Singapore-Malaysia Tanjung Puteri MRT Interchange, this development will be the gateway to Iskandar via MRT direct from Singapore. Developer Guangzhou R&F plans to build 15 blocks of 35-storey apartment buildings under phase 1 in the second half of this year, a total of 3,000+ units of apartments and commercial shops.
