App Description
Fity Pro - personal trainer productivity and remote coaching app with calendar, PT client management, exercise library w/ progressions and modifications, workout customization, live on-line video training sessions, fitness plan assignment and more.
Initial registration is limited to certified trainers. Please, select the certification(s) you hold from the section "Certifications" under the trainer profile.
Application features include:
* conducting interactive workout sessions with clients via built-in video chat
* creating custom workouts via drag and drop from extensive built in exercise library
* adjusting the level of each exercise set to progression or modification
* video preview of each exercise set or the entire custom workout
* assigning workouts to clients as homework (Fity.net guides and times clients through the workout)
* assigning an activity such as a cardio class in a gym or outside sport to the client as a home work
* assigning a YouTube video to a a client as a homework
* publishing availability for self-service on-line booking
* managing entire calendar in one place
* keeping track of client's fitness activity and progress without pen and paper
