The positions are:
warrior 1 - 60 sec
warrior 2 - 60 sec
lunge - 60 sec
lunge and twist - 60 sec
pigeon pose - 60 sec
downward pose - 30 sec
bow pose - 30 sec
child pose - 30 sec
reclining pose - 30 sec

The app is really simple and effective: it shows you the current position, the next position and it counts the time for you. You will know what and when to change and how much time you have.
