This unique app enables your iPhone count and track your training activities. Squats, Sit Up, Pull Up and Push Up activities are automatically counted. This app uses your devices accelerometer sensor to count for Squats, Sit Up and Pull Up exercises. In addition, each Push Up is detected through your front camera. No more need to touch your iPhone with your nose:)

You can either use the built-in exercise plans or do it in your way.
