FREE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS that support the Cell Simulator app can be accessed at www.amplify.com/curriculum/cell-module/materials.
Cell Simulator, designed for the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), immerses middle school and older students in the world of animal and plant cells. Students explore the cell's system of organelles and molecules, develop and use models, manipulate the cell system, run experiments, use graphs, and investigate cell malfunctions like diabetes.
Cell Simulator is designed for Amplify's Cell Structure and Function module, which includes five lessons (seven days of instruction), formative assessments, teacher support, and professional development.
