Situated within the Leicester City Centre in prominent, recently refurbished offices and with a second office in Loughborough, we offer our landlord client’s unrivalled access to potential tenants.
We offer a comprehensive property lettings service for both Tenant Find Only and Full Management.
Our Tenant Find Only service includes advertising in the Leicester Mercury Lettings supplement and Loughborough Echo newspaper, advertising on our own website as well as on Rightmove, Zoopla, and PrimeLocation. We offer accompanied viewings, credit checking and reference taking of prospective tenants and preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. We are also able to take deposits on behalf of our Landlord Clients in accordance with the Tenants Deposit Scheme if required.
Our Full Management service includes all of the above plus collection of rent on a monthly basis, property inspections every two to three months and dealing with any property maintenance issues which may arise.
