Lettings & Sales Limited was established in 2010 from our office in Erdington with the simple idea of Letting and Selling the best properties. We have experience of managing and selling properties in the local area since 2002 and use our experience to help all of our clients with a personal service that bigger companies cannot offer. We have a simple fee structure of 50% of the first month’s rent plus 10% management fee and with sales a no sale, no fee of £1500.
