The Revenator is a practical and FUN tool to estimate a restaurant's revenues, addressing the three key questions: How big? (seats) How fast? (turns) and How much? (average check). "Sliders" for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal periods allows you to play "what-if" that impact daily/weekly/annual sales. Bon Appétit!
