App Description

The educational mobile application we will be adopting facilitates the communication between AIS community and the parents. We intend to be the digital pioneers in launching such an application in Lebanon. Since AIS is the school of the 3rd millennium, we have to modernize and upgrade our communication system; therefore, this application has a major and essential role in facilitating the communication between the AIS community and the parents.

The application will bridge the school community and parents serving as a communication channel with many functionalities. It will include tabs that have been designed to ease the communication and monitoring process.
The first tab is the Mission of the School which describes the school’s aims and goals.
The second one is the History Tab which updates the parents with the latest school developments.
The third one is the News Tab which updates and notifies the parents with the latest school news in a notification pop message form.
The fourth one is the Gallery Tab which allows the parents to access their children’s photos and videos taken during the school events.
The fifth tab is the Event Tab which includes the upcoming events dates and reminders.
The sixth tab is the Social Network Tab where parents can communicate with the school community through Facebook and Twitter by posting comments and asking questions.
The final tab is the Grades Tab which provides the parents with access to their children’s grades and achievements.
