App Description
A simple, no-nonsense app to coach you through a short, daily workout regime to help improve your core strength.
A strengthened core helps to improve bad posture, reduce back pain and produces firmer abs.
The daily program consists of 6 exercises which voice prompts will guide you through. The exercises are:
*Press-ups
*Sit-ups
*Single Leg Squats
*Dorsal Raises
*The Plank
*Side Plank
The workout will take approximately 15 minutes (including rest periods) on the default settings. Exercise duration and rest periods can be adjusted.
This app can integrate with the Health app on the iPhone to record an estimate of calories used during a workout.
