The raw crime statistics displayed through Texas Safety University come from data that Universities submit to the US Department of Education, and are collected in accordance with the federal law known as the Clery Act. The app's methodology for displaying the information provides depth, dimension and ease of understanding to the data. The data displayed is the most recent 3 years available from the US Department of Education.
