Villa Calicanto is the first eco-friendly holiday house in Sardinia combining the exceptional comforts of a luxury holiday house with an environmentally sustainable building, to offer guests a unique experience in Torre delle Stelle.
It was built using only sustainable and low-impact materials which transpire naturally and have a high-energy efficiency level.
Every detail - natural materials, luxurious Sardinian home decorations, ecological building techniques - has been carefully chosen to preserve the natural beauty of the environment while providing maximum comfort.
Villa Calicanto is a stunning private eco-residence comprising 4 independent units. It is surrounded by a garden with hundred-year-old olive trees and a common swimming pool and is located only 300 m from the turquoise waters of Cann’e Sisa beach.
