App Description

When you are performing sit ups it is good to know when you have reached the optimum angle for the movement.
This prevents damage to your back and overstraining.
This is a very simple application to enable you to monitor the angle your body is at and to indicate when to start the first part of the sit up movement and when to start the second part.
It can also be used for other exercises in order to protect your body from injury.
- Set your own personal rep amount , time and angle and save to the device to load at a later date
- Calculates your rep rate so you can chart your progress
- Provides optimum settings for a balanced workout

NB - This App should be used with permission from your medical advisor and if any injury occurs no blame can be apportioned to Apple or AppFit. You use this App at your own risk.
