In order to use this application you need a mywellness account with the professional application PRESCRIBE.

PRESCRIBE is the professional application available via mywellness cloud platform which allows operators to assign personalized programs to their users, enabling them to differentiate themselves through superior quality of service.

The mywellness cloud, the first ever cloud computing technology solution in the fitness and wellness industry by Technogym provides a complete set of web and mobile applications that can be accessed via Technogym equipment and many personal devices to keep operators and their customers constantly connected, thus providing an integrated and personalized training experience.

PRESCRIBE has been designed to help fitness professionals manage training programs, biometric data and results within their facilities.
With PRESCRIBE you can easily and quickly create and modify personalized programs in a few simple steps and directly from the gym floor.

The PRESCRIBE app enables you to build, store and organize your training program protocol library making it fast and easy for you to create the most suitable training programs for each user. In addition, exercise workloads can be automatically tailored to fit user’s fitness level. Once created, the training programs can then be used to train single users or small groups of clients.
