Welcome to Verily Me, your health management solution. If you're 18 or older, you can use this app for tracking and managing your health. You can also access educational resources and participate in clinical studies by completing surveys and providing patient-reported outcomes.

For caregivers aged 18 or older, Verily Me is a tool for enrolling, tracking, and managing the health of a child dependent aged 13-17. Stay informed with educational and wellness information tailored to the unique needs of the participants.

Verily Me is not intended for real-time monitoring of health data, nor is it meant as a primary display of data. Verily Me is not meant to provide treatment decisions or be a substitute for professional healthcare advice. The platform is meant to be used in addition to a member’s standard of care.

The Verily Me app is only available to eligible individuals enrolled in a Verily care program.
