With My Healix you can:
- Access virtual health and wellness services through our trusted partners, including Virtual GP, Emotional Wellness Support, and Physiotherapy Assessment
- View your Scheme Guide which tells you everything you need to know about your medical cover
- Get information, advice, and support 24 hours a day through your Employee Assistance Programme
- Take advantage of a range of benefits and offers such as gym discounts and big brand savings
- View additional members on your scheme and update your personal details
- Make a new claim, view existing claims, submit follow up treatment requests for pre-authorisation, or submit receipts for reimbursement for both you and your dependants under 16
- Find details to contact us if you need help with your healthcare or with using the app
