From personal experience, the creator of the program:
"I use a system of "Life" for about three years. Once it was only a piece of paper. The first reward, I have set myself for the achievement level was an e-book, costing around 300$. It took me about three months to reach the level. But I worked hard on yourself. Yeah, I could buy a book and didn’t waste time to improving myself, but I knew that I would get it only when I reach the level. And when I finally bought it, I was happy.
