This is "TweetPlayer".

Have you ever wanted to tell someone about a favorite song, a song you have bought, or a song you are listening to right now?
Doesn't it feels great when friends or people you know listen to your favorite music that you told them about. TweetPlayer doesn't just allow you to listen to songs saved on your iPhone, it can also list the top 100 songs on iTunes and allow you to listen to 30 seconds of each song in succession. It's great as a kind of jukebox and can access the iTunes Store when you find a song you want.

It can also display a list to show you when and where you listened to the songs along with the album jacket.

You can tell your friends about your favorite songs using the following:
