Why rely on looks, brains, or personality when you can use Hypnotic? Get people to do things by giving them hypnotic commands.
Secretly enter your hypnotic command, then have your subject concentrate on the bouncing disc. After awhile your command starts to float around in the background, imprinting itself indelibly into their subconscious (or maybe just making them laugh). Double-tap the disc to stop the hypnosis.
