Shaolin Kung Fu was originated by the Shaolin monks of China and is renowned for its defensive mechanisms and intricate animal forms. This style of martial arts has created elaborate emphasis on flexibility, strength, agility, speed, coordination, and grace. Kung Fu also emphasizes values such as respect, character-building, motivation, perseverance, confidence, and increased mental acuity.

Master Larry Li is a 32th generation disciple of the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China. He is the founder of U.S. Shaolin Kung Fu in Oakland, CA. Master Li is a national Wushu team member and judge in many overseas exchange and performance tours in China, Singapore, Canada and the USA. His specialties include the nine-section double whip chain, Dei-Tong Fist, and the Shaolin staff.

U.S. Shaolin Kung Fu is a training facility dedicated to extend the teachings of the ancient Shaolin martial arts in Oakland's Chinatown. This app is created to share the rich history, culture, and art of Shaolin Kung Fu with you. U.S. Shaolin Kung Fu has been committed to help each student achieve their objectives and obtain the maximum benefits of their Kung Fu training.
