App Description

Personal Remedies is a free app. The data presented in this app is updated in real time and on on-going basis, without the need to upgrade the app. It provides answers to a variety of health and nutrition questions that you might have, including actionable guidance on how to look out for your health and well-being. The content presented in this app is based upon findings published by US government agencies such as USDA and NIH (our primary sources), major clinics, industry associations, non-profit institutes and select medical publications.

If you rather address your health issues and concerns through diet and life style changes (as opposed to prescription drugs and other medical treatments) then this app is for you.

This app provides nutrition and health information for thousands of food items, the health conditions that they might help, and the illnesses that they might aggravate.

This app also provides diet and life style suggestions that might help prevent or improve over three hundred illnesses, allergies, diets and health concerns. It also provides information on what food items and actions might worsen the same health conditions and concerns.

This app also provides information about over fifty vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and substances such as gluten, cholesterol, sodium, mercury, purine, oxalate, glycemic index, myo-inositol … and the food sources for each.
