roof-IS SmartPlan (SMP) is a digital roof measurement tool ideal for front-line sales teams responsible for creating roof sketches with accurate measurements for project reporting and estimating.
Import a satellite image using Apple or Google maps then measure your roof using SmartPlan’s predefined roof shapes and recently released line tool. The combination of shapes for simple facets and the line tool for more complex areas produces accurate measurements in a matter of minutes; not hours or days.
SmartPlan measurement reports are immediately available to review, edit, print or email. Each personalized report includes roof section details complete with measurements (rake, eave, hip, ridge, vent, flashing), attributes (roof type, pitch, squares, facets), and wastage calculations.
SMP is available as a standalone application or fully integrated with all roof-IS products.
