App Description
The Zilmax feedyard application provides management tools to assist cattle feeders in using Zilmax.
The Zilmax pen scheduler enables the cattle feeder to build customized Zilmax feeding reports by pens. Zilmax feeding reports include pen specific dates for beginning Zilmax supplementation, last day of Zilmax supplementation, three day withdrawal dates and seven day marketing window to send the cattle to the packer. Zilmax pen schedule reports can be used to communicate with feed crew and feed mill teams, feedyard nutritionists, cattle crews, and key feedyard office staff.
The Zilmax feed calculator shows how many pounds of Zilmax supplement to add in the complete feed containing Zilmax. The Zilmax feed calculator report is a communication document to use with the feedyard nutritionist, supplement supplier, feed mill crew, feed delivery team, and feedyard office staff. It is a tool to assure that Zilmax is fed at the FDA approved label rate.
