This app helps you do that.

But this app will remind you often (you choose the time interval) that you’re slouching, and quickly be aware of it and sit straight.

Reminder comes with Tips to better your posture.

You could choose Tips specific to body posture like Back, Neck etc.

You could add your own customized Tips.
