A tiny, yet ambitious sea horse named “Bubbles” sets out on a journey to ascend to the ocean surface. Using air bubbles as his vehicle, he soon discovers treasures of the sea, but also encounters a relentless wave of obstacles and food chain threats as he travels to reach his destiny.
