This app is a simple and elegant way to keep track of your new habit. Share your intentions with others through twitter and facebook, with the help of others will get it. Also receive points for each day you get your it done. Can compete with your friends who gets more points.

here's a few tips to achieve your goals.

1.Icon
Put the icon in a place you always see, the dock is a perfect place. This help you to reminder your task each time you open your device.

2.Share
Connect your Twitter and Facebook account. Share with friends is a motivation. You do not want to disappoint them.

3.Start
Start with simple things. if it is hard you don't want do it.

4.Good Feelings
Do things that make you feel better. eat Healthy , more exercise, read more, quit smoke, break bad habits. That'll help you to want to do it.

5.Repeat
This is the key, repeat each day the same action for 14 days and this action will be a habit. You'll do this without thinking about, like an habit. If this is not enough time, do it again for 14 more days.
